I would highly recommend Gasparetour Pantanal Tours to wildlife enthusiasts visiting the Pantanal - the whole experience was organised flawlessly, and Igor was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for how to best plan the trip. What really made the trip was Alex - he is an absolutely amazing guide - his knowledge about the wildlife, history and culture of the Pantanal is so impressive and I feel like I learnt so much! Every night Alex sat down with me to help me make a list of all the birds that we had seen during the day - in the end we saw close to 100 new species! We also saw so many other animals - a jaguar mum and baby, giant river otters, tapirs, an ocelot, capybara, cayman, pythons, tarantulas - I could go on! It was such a special experience and one I will always treasure :) ~ Isobel

I had a 4 days Pantanal tour with Gasparetour. I had an amazing experience. Igor ( the owner of Gasparetour) was very nice and responsive. He replied all my emails and messages quickly and arranged the tour very smoothly for me. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Our guide Alex is a very knowledgeable biologist who knows so many things about flora and fauna of the region. He put so much effort to make us happy and to make us see all the animals. They took care of everything for us. Gasparetour has a very good price range with high quality of service. If you are going to Pantanal, I would definitely recommend to choose Gasparetour. ~ Tugcenur I

Had an absolutely wonderful time in the Pantanal with Gasparetour. Our guide Alessandra and driver Mihai (?) were attentive, professional but at the same time approachable, jovial and warm. We were not expecting much given it was still the wet season but managed to see 6 Jaguars over the span of our 5D4N Full Experience tour. Thoroughly enjoyed understanding more about the flora, fauna and Mato Grosso’s culture and history through their eyes as well. Gasparetour was recommended to me by a friend, and would gladly recommend them to anyone else thinking of visiting the Pantanal. ~ Jerald

Nous avons fait une excursion d’une journée dans la Chapada dos Guimaraes avec Igor et une à Nobres avec Rachel et nous avons passé 2 superbes journées. Ils sont très professionnels et donnent beaucoup informations. Notre seul regret a été de ne pas faire notre tour dans le Pantanal avec eux. ~ Laura M

We did the nine days and eight nights Full Experience and highly recommend Gasparetour! Igor was very responsive from our first email and in the end it was wonderfully organised, with wonderful variety (treks, waterfalls, sunsets, zip lining, swimming, animals with plenty of jaguars!) and wonderful accommodation. Special shout out to our tour guide, Alex, who was a walking encyclopaedia, that happiest driver in the world Joilson and Oscar for having the best eyes for spotting jaguars, otters, rare birds, everything! ~ Nupur M

We enjoyed the 5 day / 4 night safari a lot. We saw a lot of animals during the 3 days on the river, of course some cool Jaguar action. The lodge was comfortable with good food (also for vegetarian). 3 days on the river was perfect for us. Communication with Igor to prepare the trip was excellent. During the trip Alex was our guide. Alex speaks a lot of different languages and has a lot of knowledge of the area, as he goes there since he was a little kid. Once again, I would def recommend Igor Gasparetour. ~ John-Paul Z

Unsere Tour (mit Guide Alex und Fahrer Jojo) führte uns in zwei Lodges des nördlichen Pantanal. Vor allem die zweite Lodge, Piuval, war ein ausgesprochen angenehmer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Umgebung; schon das riesige Gelände der Anlage (inkl. zahlreicher "Pantanal-Ilhas") bot einen guten Einblick in Flora und Fauna dieser außergewöhnlichen Landschaft. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bemühen der Inhaber von Piuval um Naturschutz und Nachhaltigkeit. Die Tour war gut organisiert, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit. ~ Carsten D

We just came home from the 5 night/6 day Pantanal tour with Alex and Igor. They were brilliant guides, their knowledge is second to none, matched with their constant enthusiasm and professionalism, we couldn't have chosen better. Alex can literally give information on any animal or bird you may see, in several different languages and he has an unbelievable eye for spotting wildlife. As well his extensive knowledge on the local history and ability to answer questions on so many topics! We knew there was only a minimal chance we would see a jaguar during this tour, due to the season, however the enthusiasm shown in tracking footprints and spotting many many other animals and birds, made the trip absolutely unforgettable. Our itinerary was extremely well planned, we fit in so much, however never felt rushed or that we needed more time. We had every possible experience that we could. I highly recommend doing the zip line and snorkelling down the river, that was just magical. The safari itself was an experience we will never forget, thank you both Alex and Igor. ~ Laura B

We had a great time with Gasparetour on our 4D/3N Pantanal trip. The communication with Igor was very responsive and professional; he responded well to our requests. Alex, our guide, was fantastic: as a biologist he was able to teach us a lot and answer all our questions. He catered as well as possible to our requests and was a great guide on our hike, horseride, kayaktrip and safaris. Overall very professional experience, even if we didn't have the most luck seeing animals! ~ Toep V

We really enjoyed our three-day, two-night trip to the Pantanal with our guide Alex and driver Juju. It was wonderful to escape the hustle and bustle of the cities and truly appreciate the sunsets, sunrises, and the surrounding nature. I actually ended up doing the 4days /3 nights tour. It was simple exceptional!!! What an amazing experience. Well above my expectations. Igor the tour guide was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and a great person to be with. We so almost everything - of course the Jaguars. Each day was so different and so enriching. I spent about 6 days in Pantanal with GASPARETOUR in the first week of October '16. There is not much to say - it was just amazing. Very well organised transfer for example: pick up at the airpot, very easy transfer to the Pantanal lodge I got a lot of information about the tour months ago changing emails and whatsApp messages with Igor Gaspareto. Very very friendly and well educated guides (especially our guide Igor and Jose - Thank you for everything again) Delicious food in the lodge. Feeling of safety! It was no problem to leave all your valuable stuff in the lodge during activities. Interesting activities (Walking trails, Night Safari, Transpantaneira, horseback riding, Jaguar spotting tour by motor boat) Many mammals and birds were spotted by Gasparetour´s expert tour guides Igor and Jose (Capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, 1 Anaconda, 3 giant anteater, 1 southern tamandua, 2 tapirs, many deers, many giant otters, many iguanas, many caymans, storks, hawks, herons and 5 JAGUARS, Yes 5!!! All in all it was just a perfect experience. I definitely recommend Gasparetour - it was the best part of my holidays. ~ Camila N

Contratamos con ellos el safari a Chapada de Guimarães y 4 días en el Pantanal. Ha sido una semana estupenda, bien organizada y la contratación , para nosotros que viajamos en motor home, muy fácil, Igor se acercó a donde estábamos aparcados para explicarnos todos los detalles y hacer el pago. Alex, el guía, un gran profesional, dedicándonos todo el tiempo para que viéramos los más animales posibles; también el chofer Luciano se paraba cuando queríamos tomar cualquier foto. We had a fab time with our tour guide Alex on the jaguar and eco combo tour. Alex was full of knowledge and really friendly so it was great to spend a few days with him. We had a wonderful time on our full tour. Igor and his colleagues were excellent and we could not have wished for more. Accommodation and food were very good and the stay on the boat enabled early starts before the heat of the sun and late afternoon and evening trips. We saw lots of jaguars, even close to, and also many other species. Five stars all round. ~ Chris P
